Vonotek d.o.o. present the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our website, and all content, services and products available at or through the website.
I. Vonotek d.o.o. operates under the Bosnian-Herzegovinian jurisdiction, and its products and services may only be used for anything permitted by Bosnian-Herzegovinian law.
II. You agree to these terms by registering an account on our website and by ordering a product and/or service.
III. We may update these terms of service from time to time, but we will display a prominent notice on the website 1 (one) month prior to the changes coming into effect, and you will be able to cancel your products and/or services and delete your account before they come in effect.
IV. Should you misuse our products and/or services, your services will be permanently suspended and your account deleted.
V. We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund policy for any of our products and/or services.
VI. As an unmanaged service provider we offer absolutely no guarantees whatsoever, and we are only providing you with a machine and a network port. We will deliver your machine after your payment has been confirmed.
VII. Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy located at: https://vonotek.com/pp.php.
VIII. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vonotek d.o.o., its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the website, including but not limited to out of your violation of this agreement.
